Terms of Service & Candidate Agreement

1. Scope of Services

AVENYUK provides professional Career Services, Recruitment Solutions, and Talent Acquisition advisory. For individual candidates, services include resume and LinkedIn optimization, career trajectory advisory, interview preparation, opportunity research, and candidate-approved placement outreach according to the selected service agreement. For organizational clients, services encompass talent mapping, sourcing, candidate pre-screening, and workforce advisory.

2. Explicit No-Guarantee Disclaimer

AVENYUK does not sell employment guarantees, guaranteed job offers, interview callbacks, specific salary levels, visa sponsorships, or mandatory placement outcomes.

Hiring decisions are made exclusively by third-party recruiters and prospective employers based on factors outside our control. Service fees cover defined professional labor, research, strategy, and deliverables executed by AVENYUK during the agreed engagement term.

3. Candidate Control & Consent Standard

AVENYUK strictly enforces a mandatory candidate pre-approval policy. No submission, profile transfer, or application is made to any employer, recruiter, or channel without the candidate's explicit prior review and consent. Candidates retain 100% veto power to reject any role, company, or submission proposal at any time.

4. Client & Candidate Responsibilities

Clients and candidates agree to provide accurate, truthful professional history and qualification information, maintain timely communication, review presented opportunities in a prompt manner, and inform AVENYUK of any direct communications, offers, or scheduling changes received during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality & Data Handling

All professional collateral, contact details, and career objectives shared with AVENYUK are held in strict confidence. We never sell candidate data to third-party brokers or broadcast profiles indiscriminately. Data usage is governed in detail by our Privacy Policy.
